Our Mission

Our mission at Resilient Family Chiropractic is to provide specific, quality chiropractic care. We are committed to help guide people to better health and wellness.

Our Philosophy

I have learned, especially in light of today’s health challenges how important human connection is, as well as a sense of belonging and having a place that feels like home. A place where you’re recognized, honoured, and your voice matters.

As your Chiropractor, I am committed to providing hope and light and giving my best to help you towards ultimate health. In my office everyone is community and family. I welcome you into my office. It would be my honour and privilege to take care of you and your family!

Dr. Avery Grossart

Doctor of Chiropractic

Hello! My name is Dr. Avery Grossart, and welcome to my office. I am excited to serve the Brandon area with specific Chiropractic care as well as giving back to the community I grew up in. I am passionate about developing health in your life and working alongside your family on their health journey.

Growing up I was always interested in health; I was raised on an organic and regenerative farm and learned about the importance of nutrition and exercise. I enjoyed finding ways to alter recipes to make them healthier to keep my body fueled. I have always been inspired by others who take control of their health or who seek out new ways to improve health in their lives.

It wasn’t until university that I went to a Chiropractor. I was training for a half marathon at the time and started experiencing low back pain and shin splints and an overall lack of energy. Little did I know that on top of relieving my low back pain and shin splints, Chiropractic care would allow me to sleep better, feel calmer and increase my energy levels.

I received my Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba and then went on to receive my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia.

When Dr. Avery is not in the office she loves to be outdoors hiking, running or cross country-skiing!
